This 75-minute workshop at Stone Tree Fitness Club is designed to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more supported in your body. Led by certified fitness instructor Courtney McCarthy, you’ll learn simple, effective movements you can start using right away to improve your performance and reduce your risk of injury.

How to properly warm up before a run or walk to improve mobility and prevent strain
The best cool-down techniques to reduce soreness and support recovery
Key strength exercises to build stability, power, and endurance
How to create a simple routine you can do between runs to stay consistent
This workshop is suitable for all fitness levels—whether you’re brand new to walking or running, or you’ve been doing it for years but want to feel stronger and more supported in your body.
