Our Weekly Run Club Strength Training Class is designed specifically for runners who want to stay healthy, get stronger, and run better. Each session focuses on functional strength, mobility, and stability to support efficient running mechanics and reduce injury risk.Workouts are runner-specific, scalable for all levels, and complement your weekly run training—no heavy lifting experience required.
We will have classes on Monday evenings starting at 6:15PM and on Wednesday mornings at 6am.
