Sip & Flow - R&B Remix Pilates with Tiffany Green

This session blends intentional movement with a soundtrack that takes you right back to your favorite R&B and Hip-Hop moments. Tiffany guides you through a 45-minute Pilates-inspired flow designed to wake up your strength, lengthen your body, and reconnect you to your own rhythm.

The energy is smooth, grounded, and music-driven — a space where classic R&B, a touch of Hip-Hop, and a little Trap create the perfect backdrop for a full-body experience. You’ll move through sequences that engage your arms, back, abs, and glutes while staying fully present in the vibe.

This experience is BYOW (bring your own wine), and guests are welcome to bring a bottle they enjoy. Sample wine tastings will be provided as part of the Sip & Flow atmosphere, creating an easy, intentional moment to unwind and connect with the HLW community.

Tiffany Green, originally from Riverside, California, is a Pilates instructor at Bodyrok Madison with a background in Psychology and Clinical Psychology from Alabama A&M University. She is passionate about helping people strengthen both body and mind, blending intentional movement with mindful practices that empower others to move with purpose and confidence. Her energetic, uplifting teaching style inspires her community to grow, evolve, and step into their best selves.
