Start and finish your week strong with Pippa! This class is designed to boost your energy, improve flexibility, and build core strength in a welcoming and supportive environment. These sessions will leave you feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to take on the week and kickstart your weekend. These session are adapting for older adults.
