Things to know:
This class will be conducted indoors, however if weather permits then moving outdoors may be an option.
Water will be provided.
This class is B.Y.O.M. please bring your own Yoga Mat.
Your ticket includes the 1-hour Pilates Class, A Super Smoothie from Juiced, and a Wellness Mixer after the class.
This class is Beginner Friendly and you do not need previous Pilates experience to enjoy.
Class starts promptly so please arrive 15 mins early.
