Strength and Balance Class – Programme Overview:
Duration: Eight-week programme designed to gradually improve strength, balance, and confidence in movement.
Who It’s For:
- Adults aged 50 and over.
- Individuals who are beginning to notice reduced mobility, unsteadiness, or balance concerns.
- Those who would benefit from pre–falls-prevention support before issues become more serious.
- Instructor: Sessions are delivered by a qualified and experienced instructor trained in working with older adults and people with mobility challenges.
- Programme Benefits:
- Improve overall strength, stability, and posture.
- Supports safer everyday movement (e.g., walking, climbing stairs, standing up).
- Builds confidence and reduces fear of falling.
