About this Event
This workshop is a full body practice that will include repetitive movement to build strength and improve mobility through the lens of yoga. We will target specific muscle groups to combat common areas of pain in the body and work to build strength, improve range of motion and find balance. Get ready to move your body, connect with your breath and find your edge! This class is suitable for all levels including beginners.
My goal is to help others find relief from pain in “problem areas” like low back (by strengthening glutes and core) , gain mobility and release tension in hips and shoulders (w/ reps, stretching and breathing ) and to feel strong and capable in their body.
This class is for everyone and anyone, especially those with low back pain, tight hips or tense shoulders.
