This class is designed to take your strength to the next level through progressive overload meaning you’ll gradually increase weight, reps, or intensity over time to build real, sustainable muscle and strength. We’ll use a variety of tools including barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells to train all major movement patterns: squat, hinge, push, pull, and carry. Every session is thoughtfully programmed to help you lift heavier, move better, and feel stronger week after week. Focus on form, control, and smart progressions to help you feel stronger and level up your strength game! Ideal for those ready to commit to strength-building over time.
