Join us for University Union Games Room Tournaments! All tournaments will be hosted in the University Union Games Room, 1st floor of the University Union.- Friday, September 12 at 1 pm: Super Smash Bros 1v1 on Nintendo Switch 2
- Friday, September 26 at 1 pm: Billiards 8 Ball 1v1
- Friday, October 3 at 1 pm: Street Fighter 6 2v2 on PS4 and Xbox Series S
- Friday, October 10 at 1 pm: Call of Duty Black Ops 2 2v2 on PS5 and Xbox Series S
- Friday, October 17 at 1 pm: Table Tennis 1v1
- Friday, October 24 at 1 pm: Madden 26 1v1 on PS5 and Xbox Series S- open to students, faculty & staff
- Monday-Wednesday, October 27-20 at 4 pm: Mario Kart World Qualifying Tournaments to vs. Sac State's Basketball Coach- Mike Bibby
- Friday, October 31 at 11 am: Bibby’s Haunted Grand Prix Tournament – Mario Kart World Tournament
- Friday, November 7 at 1 pm: Table Tennis 2v2- open to students, faculty & staff
- Friday, November 14 at 1 pm: Billiards 9 Ball 1v1
- Friday, November 21 at 1 pm: Mario Kart World 1v1 on Nintendo Switch 2
How to participate:
1. All participants must be current Sac State students with a valid OneCard or Union WELL Connect App. Participants must register online via Discord.
2. Deadline for registration entries is 11:59 pm, the Thursday Prior to tournament date (night before).
3. To register, go to https://theuniversityunion.com/games-room/information/tournaments
4. Fill out registration form and submit for each tournament in which you would like to participate (one tournament choice per entry).
5. Day of tournament, check-in for all participants is from 12:30 pm- 1 pm. Must present your One Card in order to sign-in.
6. Tournament play will begin promptly at 1:15 pm; no late check-ins accepted.
7. First place winners will receive a prize and will be featured on University Union social media platforms. Second and third place winners will also receive prizes.
All tournaments are FREE and all participants must be current Sac State students with a OneCard.
