Event Overview

The Sacramento State Department of Design invites your organization to join us for the Second Annual Design Career Fair. This event connects employers, nonprofits, and community partners with our talented undergraduate and alumni population across multiple disciplines.

Our students are eager to learn from you—not only about immediate internships and job opportunities, but also about career pathways, on-the-job experiences, and special projects. Even if you don’t currently have openings, participating in the fair allows students to gain valuable insights into your field and practice presenting themselves professionally.

Exhibitor Details

Setup Time: Arrive as early as 11:30 AM. Please plan to be fully set up by 12:00 PM.

Booth Limit: 1 table (6 ft), black tablecloth, and 3 chairs provided per exhibitor. Please limit participation to 3 representatives per booth.

Additional Options:

• Limited power access available; please describe your needs when completing the order form and we will do our best to accommodate.

Parking: Free parking available in Parking Structure 1 (floors 4–6), a 5-minute walk from the Carlsen Center.

Please note there is no direct drop-off at the venue. Volunteers and a small number of carts will be on hand to assist with load-in, but we recommend bringing a wagon for transporting materials.

Registration Information

When registering, please provide the following on the order form:

• Company/Organization name
• Full names, titles, and email addresses of each representative (will be displayed at your booth)
• Power/equipment needs
• Estimated arrival time for setup
• Any additional requests

A release of liability form will be requesteed from each participant.
