Option 1 - Turkey Route: Easy, breezy 6 miler in the shape of a turkey! (Route cards available.)
Option 2 - Workout: Effort-based farlek on bike path (recommended for those racing a turkey trot next week)
2-3 x 1 min @ build to goal race pace w 1 min R
3-6 x 3 min @ goal race pace w 1 min R
2-3 x 1 min @ build to "finishing" effort with 1 min R
(in addition to a 10-15 minute warm-up and cool-down)
