About this course
If you’re a Founder or Brand Strategist, this course will help you move beyond isolated ideas and campaigns and learn to think in systems.
You’ll understand how every brand decision from your purpose to your packaging connects to real business outcomes and long-term growth.
Over eight live sessions, you’ll learn how to:
- Articulate and stand behind your brand’s strategic intent in rooms where decisions are made
- Pressure-test brand ideas using evidence and systems thinking, instead of opinion or trend-chasing
- Create alignment across marketing, product, and experience, so the brand shows up consistently in the real world
- Navigate brand change with confidence as the business scales, diversifies, or shifts direction
By the end of the program, you will be able to:
- Operate from a single, aligned brand system, where purpose, value proposition, personality, and customer experience reinforce each other
- Make positioning decisions grounded in truth, reducing ambiguity and internal debate

What you'll do and how you'll learn
You won’t just attend sessions videos. You’ll:
- Start by developing a strategic mindset that helps you think clearly about your brand’s role in your business
- Attend four live sessions where we build your brand strategy piece by piece, starting from understanding your brand’s full system.
- Build your brand while the sessions are in place. With live coaching from Vanshikaa.
- Work on exercises using one of three real-world sample brands, so you can apply what you learn immediately.
Who is your course lead
Vanshikaa Oberoi is a brand strategist first, and then the founder of The Fingerprint Labs. A venture she started in 2022.
She has been in the marketing space for almost a decade, and has understood that brands that are in alignment are the ones that grow sustainably.
Over the last decade, she’s worked across early-stage startups and established consumer brands to build brand systems that link creativity to measurable business impact.
Vanshikaa combines behavioral psychology, systems thinking, and brand strategy to help businesses devise strategies that work. She's worked with 150+ organisations since she started solopreneuring in 2020, which then led to TFL, as we know it today.
