About this Event
Most professionals negotiate far more often than they realize — with colleagues, clients, managers, partners, and even friends. Yet without the right tools, these conversations can become stressful, unclear, or unproductive.
This one‑day negotiation program gives participants a clear, actionable framework they can apply immediately to:
• Prepare strategically for any negotiation
• Communicate persuasively and build trust
• Reach agreements that create value for all parties
• Influence decisions and move conversations toward “yes”
Negotiation isn’t an innate talent — it’s a learnable skill. Once mastered, it transforms careers, opportunities, and everyday interactions.
What will you learn?
This program provides a solid foundation in the core principles of effective business negotiation. Through a blend of insight, demonstration, and hands‑on practice, participants will learn to:
• Understand the structure and stages of a negotiation
• Identify interests, priorities, and sources of leverage
• Recognize common negotiation pitfalls — and avoid them
• Use simple frameworks to stay organized and focused
• Adapt their approach to different personalities and situations
These skills apply to everyday workplace conversations, not just formal deals.
Is this program right for you?
This workshop is designed for early‑career and mid‑career professionals who want to build or refresh practical negotiation skills.
It is ideal for anyone who wants to feel more confident, clear, and effective in business negotiations — especially those who don’t see themselves as “natural” negotiators but want practical tools to navigate workplace conversations with greater ease and impact.
