About the Role – Sales Development Representative (SDR):
As an SDR at Strategic Factory, you’ll:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities
- Schedule meetings for our Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license
- Prior sales, customer service, or outbound calling experience is a plus
