About this Event
Please note - in the event of rain this event takes a partially covered route.
This walk will be a showcase of the very best stories that the city has to offer and all the stories are told with a Henderson Relish sized dollop of humour by storyteller Adrian Finney.
It’s going to be an evening packed full of great stories, including the unlikely origin of a very Sheffield swear word, plus on top of that? You'll also hear how the city has a surprisingly recent connection to one of the most infamous characters in English Folklore and the tale of Sheffield’s Royal Ghost.
Plus there's going to be tales taken from The Infamous Bunting Nook.
This city centre walk is a circular route starting and ending outside Sheffield Town Hall on Pinstone Street, is under a mile long, and like all of our walks it is fully wheelchair / mobility scooter accessible, and lasts around 80-90 minutes.
Advance Adult tickets, for those aged 14 and over, are just £10. Kids advance tickets are £7.50.
Don’t fancy booking in advance? Then you’re more than welcome to join us by paying on the night.
On the night tickets are £12 each for adults and £8 for kids. All forms of Contactless Payments are accepted.
Obviously there’s talks of violent deaths, historical suicides, scary ghosts, and even the origin of a certain cheeky swear word, so please book at your own discretion.
