Take advantage of a day off from school and come meet Munchkin - the miniature horse with dwarfism! Munchkin is a registered therapy animal who enjoys visiting libraries, schools, and hospitals spreading the message that our differences make us stronger. Munchkin and his handler, Amanda, will be at the library for a storytime at 1:00pm on Monday, April 6. After the storytime, kids will have the chance to pet Munchkin and make some horse-themed art! This event is FREE and open to the public courtesy of SELCO and MN's Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
