Storytelling as Medicine
We hear stories every day. Each one of us is a storyteller. What if you can learn to use storytelling to heal your past and move into the future? To see yourself in stories of others and to invite people into the intimacy of your life through stories?
In this class we will learn to become aware of the stories we tell ourselves unconsciously and shift the stories that do not serve us anymore. To present the stories of ourselves in ways that support us and those around us.
Meet Your Instructor: HEIDI HENYON
Heidi became fascinated with energy medicine more than 40 years ago. Twenty five years ago she left a successful corporate career to work full time with clients and teach energy healing. She is the author of A Guide to Sensing and Feeling Energy, has studied many different energy disciplines and is now semi-retired enjoying sharing what she has had the joy of learning with others.
