🌊 About the Film
Storm Rider: Legend of Hammerhead is directed by Serbian filmmaker Zoran Lisinac and Croatian filmmaker Domagoj Mazuran, and independently produced by Neb Chupin, alongside the directors.
Originally developed under the working title The Islander, the filmmakers describe the genre as “Calamari Sci-Fi” — a unique blend of Mediterranean spaghetti westerns and Eastern European science-fiction aesthetics.

Set 300 years after a Great Flood that shattered the world into scattered islands, the film unfolds across a haunting, post-apocalyptic Adriatic landscape.
Rebels struggle to survive amid a perpetual, colossal electrical storm, navigating loyalty, resistance, and survival in a world ruled by water and myth.
