Storm Petrelle is the musical project of singer-songwriter Marie Claire, brought to life together with Ġużè Camilleri on drums and Noah Fabri on bass and piano.
Marie Claire started writing and performing music in Lisbon, Portugal, singing at underground poetry events in between weeks on remote Atlantic islands among shearwaters and storm-petrels. Since her return to Malta in 2020 she has continued to share her music largely through solo performance.
This will be Storm Petrelle's debut concert, presenting a new take on some previously performed songs along with some new material, travelling the dizzying energy and ominous hums of affairs of the heart; from personal insecurities to unreturned love to existential crises.
