Join our Short Story Club! Our Chinese-English bilingual group in Taipei meets every two months to discuss short texts in smaller, language-specific groups. Through our fun warm-ups and guided discussions, we hope participants may deepen their critical reading of the text while exploring literary, historical, political and cultural themes related to Taiwanese identity.
歡迎加入我們的短篇小說讀書會！此雙語讀書會在台北每隔兩個月定期聚集，以指定的語言小組模式來討論短篇作品。 通過我們的趣味暖身活動及引導討論，我們希望參與者可以藉此深化對於文本本身的批判閱讀能力，並且同時探討有關台灣的文學、歷史、政治，以及文化相關的議題。

🖊️ About the Author 作者介紹
Brian Hioe (丘琦欣) is a writer, editor, translator, activist, and DJ based out of Taipei. In 2014, he was one of the founders of New Bloom Magazine (破土), an online magazine covering activism and youth politics in Taiwan and the Asia Pacific that was founded after the Sunflower Movement, which he was a participant in as a student activist.
丘琦欣是一位居住於台北的作者、編輯、譯者、倡議者，及DJ。2014年時，他是【破土雜誌】的其中一位創始者。「破土」是一間在太陽花學運後而成立的網路雜誌，主要報導台灣及亞太地區的倡議運動及青年政治議題。 丘琦欣當時也是其中一位參與太陽花學運的學生倡議者。
