Do you want your voice to help shape better mental health services?
Join us for the Stories of Resilience Group, a warm and welcoming creative space where people from our communities can come together, connect, and share experiences.
Delivered by Hope and Light, this group is part of a project helping to shape culturally responsive mental health services. The ideas, stories, and feedback shared in the session will directly help improve support for our communities. This is your chance to be part of meaningful service development and have your voice heard.
The session starts at 5pm and will include creative activities exploring themes of resilience, identity, and culture. You don’t need to be creative or have any experience, just come as you are. There is no pressure to speak, and you can take part in whatever way feels comfortable.
Food will be provided during the session.
