About this Event
Ships used to be the only way for people to travel from one place to another. How do we travel around the world now? Imagine travelling on a ship in the 1960s! Artist Lai Foong Moi created an artwork that experimented with composition, showing two ships and silhouettes of workers that appears to be almost abstract.
Join us for a storytelling session at B1 Storytelling Circle to learn about parts of a ship and the story of the rope-spinner. This programme is suitable for children aged 7–12, accompanied by parents.
About the Storyteller:
Swee Yean uses words to enchant her audience and spark their imagination, from the young to the young-at-heart.
