You're invited to my author talk where I will give you a behind the scenes look at the writing journey and research trips for my Australian historical novel, When The Glitter Fades, which is based on true events. My talk will include a presentation where I share photographs of my travels to Victoria to trace the towns visited in my novel. It also includes film clips of interviews I recorded of Shirley Broadway's life as a child vaudeville performer and Frank Gasser (owner of Circus Royale) who talks about the time he was attacked by his wildcats.
