Day Retreat🪷 In-Person @ Bolton Abbey Village Hall, N Yorks

Unwind in the Yorkshire Dales in the first of our 2 days of meditation retreat at Bolton Abbey Village Hall. A day retreat is an ideal opportunity to gain a deep understanding of Buddha’s teachings and have a special experience of inner peace. 😌
Stop Worrying, Start Living, will explore how to cultivate an authentic experience of loving kindness through meditation and the practical application of Buddha’s timeless wisdom in our daily lives.
We also have a Day Retreat: Clear Your Mind, the next day. This will explore how to recognise & let go of harmful states of mind and replace them with peaceful & beneficial ones. The most beneficial mind we can have is maintaining a warm & loving mind towards others.

Each day can be attended separately. If you wish to attend both days of the Retreat, there will be a £10 discount.✨
A packed lunch🥪 , refreshments ☕️ & parking is included in the cost. There will be plenty of time in between retreat sessions, if you wish, to enjoy & relax in the surrounding countryside.
The cost of the day retreat is £36 (Centre Membership Scheme £26) or for both days £62 (Centre Membership Scheme £42).
