A second Retreat day in the peace and tranquility of the Yorkshire Dales. Step back from normal activities, let your mind unwind, and focus on solving your problems through meditation, using powerful techniques practised for thousands of years. 🌞
During this Retreat we will learn how to recognise and let go of harmful states of mind and replace them with peaceful and beneficial ones. 😌 We can eventually maintain a light, positive mind throughout each and every day. Ultimately, if we remove all our harmful states of mind, we will definitely experience permanent inner peace regardless of how bad our external circumstances may be.
We also have a Day Retreat: Stop Worrying, Start Living, the previous day. Each day can be attended separately.
If you wish to attend both days of the Retreat, there will be a £10 discount.✨
A packed lunch🥪 , refreshments ☕️ & parking is included in the cost. There will be plenty of time in between retreat sessions, if you wish, to enjoy & relax in the surrounding countryside.
