Most men think their problem in dating is that they don’t know what to say.
It’s not.
It’s that when they’re actually in front of a woman, everything they do know disappears.
They freeze.
They overthink.
They hesitate.
And then they leave the interaction and replay it over and over in their head.
If that’s been your experience, I want you to hear this clearly:
You don’t need more information.
You need a different experience.
That’s why this workshop is in person.
This is not a sit-and-listen event.
You are not coming here to take notes and go home and “try it later.”
You are coming here to practice.
To actually put yourself in the situations you’ve been avoiding
in a controlled, supportive environment where you can:
- start conversations
- feel the discomfort
- notice what your mind does
- and learn how to respond differently in real time
Because confidence isn’t something you think your way into.
It’s something you build by doing.
Right now, your brain is running a very specific pattern.
It’s telling you things like:
- “I don’t know what to say”
- “What if I make it awkward”
- “What if she’s not interested”
- “I need to be more confident first”
And when you believe those thoughts, your body reacts.
You tighten up.
You hesitate.
You avoid.
And then you use that avoidance as evidence that something is wrong with you.
Nothing has gone wrong.
You’ve just been practicing the wrong thing.
At this workshop, we’re going to interrupt that pattern.
You’ll learn how to:
- recognize the thoughts that are creating your anxiety
- separate what’s actually happening from what you’re making it mean
- stay present instead of getting pulled into your head
- and take action even when you feel uncomfortable
And then, you’ll practice it.
Not once. Not hypothetically.
Repeatedly.
You’ll talk to people.
You’ll feel the initial discomfort.
You’ll want to retreat, and instead, you’ll stay.
And in doing that, you’ll start to see something important:
The anxiety you’ve been trying to avoid…
is actually the doorway to the confidence you want.
This is what most men never do.
They stay in theory.
They stay in preparation.
They stay in “I’ll do it when I’m ready.”
And they never give themselves the chance to build the skill.
This is your chance to do it differently.
This workshop is happening in San Jose for a reason.
Because the goal isn’t to understand dating better.
The goal is to become someone who can show up in real life—
in environments where women actually are
and feel grounded, present, and capable.
That doesn’t happen on Zoom.
It happens in a room, with other people, practicing in real time.
