​Skill Level: All fitness levels welcome. We provide modifications for every move!

​This 45-minute session is all about functional power. We’ll be focusing on:
​Lower Body Burn: Building strength and stability in your glutes, quads, and hamstrings.
​Core Control: Targeted movements to improve posture, balance, and midsection strength.
​The "Hop": Optional plyometric bursts to get your heart rate up (with low-impact alternatives always available).
​🎒 What to Bring
​Water bottle (you're going to need it!)
​Comfortable athletic shoes
