About this Event
The Stonewall National Monument Visitor Center invites you to celebrate Stonewall Day during NYC Pride Weekend June 27th-29th!
The Stonewall National Monument Visitor Center is the first and only LGBTQIA+ Visitor Center in the National Park Service. The Stonewall National Monument Visitor Center is more than just a building; it is a beacon of hope, resilience, and the enduring power of the LGBTQIA+ community. 1/2 of the original Stonewall Bar, the location of the 1969 Stonewall Rebellion, the Visitor Center is a place where people can learn about history, honor the pioneers who paved the way for LGBTQIA+ rights, and celebrate the diversity and strength of our community.
Celebrate Pride Weekend with us! We've planned a variety of exciting activities, including a special meet and greet with Stonewall Pioneer, Mark Segal. Plus, you can pledge your voice for equality and participate in the unique Self-Portrait Project.
We can't wait to celebrate with you!
