This is a fun run with a difference. Participants run around the 600m course as many times as they wish, passing four different colour stations on their way where they get covered (by keen parents) in non-toxic coloured powder (corn starch dyed with food colouring) with an optional water gun station to make the paint really stick. Both the children and parents have great fun, and usually run further than they ever have done at any school cross-country! At the end, they collect a medal. Registration starts at 10.45, with the race starting at 11.30.
