The Stockton Maritime Museum has been restoring the USS Lucid (MSO-458) for the past decade and are at about 85% completion! We only give two mass public tours of the ship each year where veterans and volunteers guide you through every level and compartment of this oceangoing aggressive-class minesweeper that has been worked on by local student workers and volunteers from across the country. We will also share plans for our museum's future permanent site on the Stockton Waterfront and will have merchandise and history books available for purchase in our gift shop. We kindly request a suggested donation of $10 per adult and $5 per child to attend. Detailed event info can be found at our Eventbrite page where you can also register to attend. Donations will be collected at the time of check-in via cash check or PayPal only. Last entry is at 3:30 PM. Not suitable for wheelchairs and animals.
