About this Event
Join Carina as she shows you how to use your sewing machine or overlocker, explains what all the different parts of a machine do, how to wind a bobbin, how to insert a needle, what to do if something goes wrong, how to avoid 'birdnesting' and lots more.
Over the course of three weeks, you will work on some simple machine-sewn projects which will elevate your sewing to the next level.
Please note:
Due to insurance reasons, sewing will be done on our own machines. However, please do feel free to bring your own machines and manuals; you just won't be able to plug them in at the centre.
ALSO PLEASE NOTE
This class requires three full paying students (or equivalent) to be signed up 24 hours in advance for the class to run (first class has already met this requirement)
