About this Event
Stillness: The Pink Moon Sound Bath with Amy
This sound bath takes place under the Pink Moon, the April Full Moon, named after early spring flowers rather than its colour. The Pink Moon is traditionally associated with growth, warmth and new beginnings after the darker months of winter.
This moment in the lunar cycle invites gentle expansion — noticing what is beginning to open, without rushing or forcing change.
The session lasts 1 hour and is a lying-down meditation. You’ll be invited to settle onto a yoga mat with a blanket, pillow and optional eye mask, allowing yourself to get warm and comfortable. Amy will guide the space using Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, rain stick, wave drum, tingsha and gentle percussion.
There is nothing to do and no outcome promised. Sound baths are experienced differently by everyone — some people feel deeply relaxed, others may notice emotions, restlessness, clarity or stillness arise. Whatever your experience, you’re invited to meet it gently and without judgement.
You’re welcome to move, sit up or step outside at any time. This Pink Moon sound bath offers a calm, supportive space to soften, reflect and welcome the lighter energy of spring.
