An Embodied Meditation & Movement Workshop, Presented by Sono Hashisaki
About this Event

Stillness Moving workshop is an invitation to experience the oneness of embodied non-dual consciousness and to begin to stabilize this experience through movement. In this special one-day offering, we’ll deepen our internal coherence as a foundation for presence and fuller engagement in our lives. Realization Process attunements to the subtle circuitry of your body and the subtle breath will be taught to help open your whole being to unified consciousness. Sono Hashisaki will guide us to experience this deep connection to our body and the pervasive stillness of fundamental consciousness. From this place of embodied oneness, we will explore conscious movement - including standing, walking, shaping and floor work. When we integrate breath and embodiment, we also develop expressiveness and fluidity in our bodies and our lives.

This workshop is accessible for people of all physical abilities and backgrounds.
