Stillness Deepens: A Sound Bath at Stretford Public Hall

We invite you to pause, reset, and gently arrive into March with a relaxing sound bath on sunday evening. After another year of sold out evenings and a growing community around Life Is Sound, we are delighted to return to the beautifully restored Stretford Public Hall for our final session here for our winter season.

The year is properly underway, momentum is building again, and yet many of us feel a subtle fatigue beneath the surface. There is movement all around, but the body has not fully caught up.

This evening is a space to pause within that motion. To deepen into stillness rather than rush past it. Through the grounding and restorative power of sound, you are invited to settle the nervous system, integrate the energy of the months so far, and reconnect with a quieter, steadier sense of presence before the pace of the year accelerates.

As our final Stretford sessions before the season closes, this sound bath is a chance to step out of the noise and begin the year from a place of calm, clarity, and grounded presence.

The room’s exceptional acoustics at Stretford Public Hall, combined with its warm, inviting atmosphere, provide the perfect sanctuary for this practice.

The hall’s acoustics have been carefully tested by James, founder of Life Is Sound, who is excited to bring the Life Is Sound Relaxation Society to this stunning venue for the first time this winter.
