About this Event
Overview
Greater Manchester is re‑wiring the system towards prevention and place‑based support. Live Well, Create Well brings together health, local government, VCFSE partners and cultural organisations to show how creative health supports neighbourhood working, strengthens equity, and improves the everyday wellbeing of people across Greater Manchester.
Across key pressure areas—from children and families to long‑term conditions—creative approaches are already reducing isolation, improving mental and physical health, and supporting prevention and public health. This event moves from ideas to implementation, sharing practical models, commissioning routes and evidence you can use now.
As part of the Greater Manchester Live Well Spring Festival (9–23 March 2026), this session brings together health, local government, VCFSE, culture, and community partners to share practical tools, case studies, and new ideas for integrating Creative Health in every neighbourhood.
