Stillness: Deep Rest is a sound journey devoted to slowing down, settling the nervous system, and allowing the body to rest without effort.January invites a different kind of care — not renewal or release, but pause, containment, and quiet inhabiting. This evening is an invitation to soften out of doing and into being held, where stillness can take root and deep rest becomes possible.
Through the deep resonance of gong, singing bowls, shruti box, drum, and chimes, layers of sound and silence support the body in settling and the breath in deepening. There is nothing to fix, process, or achieve. Let sound carry you into stillness and allow rest to arrive on its own.
Led by Teresa of Alchemy Hillyard.
