This men-only session offers a structured yet gentle experience using journaling, sound healing, and guided grounding practices to support emotional regulation, clarity, and deep rest. No prior experience is required, and there is no pressure to share.
Whether you’ve been carrying stress, feeling disconnected from your body, or simply need a moment to recalibrate, this space is here to support you.
What to Expect
Opening & Orientation (20 min)
Sunny opens the evening with a grounded talk on pressure, coping habits, and intentional rest, using personal storytelling to set a steady, accessible foundation for the sound journey that follows.
Sound Healing Journey (90 min)
An immersive experience using live instruments, sound, and guided practices to help release tension, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with the body.
Closing Circle (15 min)
Optional sharing, reflection, or quiet integration. You are welcome to speak—or simply listen.
Integration (10 min)
A gentle close to help you transition back into your day with clarity and steadiness.

Our Facilitators:
Sunny is a men’s coach and speaker who works with men around presence, self-awareness, and emotional resilience. His approach is grounded, direct, and rooted in creating spaces where men can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and show up more fully in their lives—without judgment or performance.
Navin is an Interdisciplinary Practitioner—Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), Board-Certified Music Therapist (BMT), yoga teacher, and artist. His work blends evidence-based therapeutic practices with sound and music to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and deep restoration in both clinical and community settings.
