What does it mean to keep going when your mind says stop? In this powerful session, entrepreneurs John Anderson and Rusty Goodsell open up about battling inner chaos—imposter syndrome, trauma, anxiety, addiction, and facing the darkest extremes —all while building and leading companies. They explore the raw and often invisible toll entrepreneurship takes on mental health, from the loss of identity to the uphill climb of redefining self-worth and success. With brutal honesty, they share how financial collapse, family strain, and internal pressure nearly took them out—and what it took to come back. While this discussion focuses on how John and Rusty bounced back, it's also about showing up differently, with the confidence to define success on your terms, in every season of life.
