Registration is $150 beginning Saturday, April 19 at 12:00 AM EST.

SUMMARY:

The 2025 ACHA Annual Meeting will once again be in Nashville, Tennessee on May 8 through May 10, 2025 at the Sheraton Music City Nashville Airport.

“Membership and staff feedback from last years move from Bonita Springs, FL to Nashville, TN was very positive,” said ACHA Executive Director Craig Barnett. “Having the ability to host all of our meetings and functions under the same roof in a true convention center facility provided a "togetherness environment" that was productive and positive throughout the weekend. We will once again provide Coaches Education seminars, Vendor Shows, as well as our Annual Awards Banquet and Hall of Fame inductions. The meetings will conclude with our membership General Session and Divisional Breakout Sessions. We look forward to enhancing our membership experience while paving an exciting way forward with discussions on the many new changes to college hockey.”

ACHA Membership attendance increased last year at the Annual Meeting since Nashville, TN is more centrally located, and the Sheraton Music City hotel provided an all-in-one conference center that with very reasonably prices for hotel rooms, ample meeting space, plenty of amenities and is minutes away from the airport. The city of Nashville also offers an incredible music and shopping experience with downtown only 10 minutes away.

The 2025 ACHA Annual Meeting will kick off on Thursday, May 8, with USA Hockey-compliant Coaching Education Programs available exclusively to ACHA coaches. The two-day USAH/ACHA CEP clinics will conclude on Friday, May 9. On Friday afternoon, the Annual ACHA Awards and Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will take place with a luncheon honoring the best of the ACHA during the 2024-2025 season and enshrining individuals for their contributions to the ACHA in one of two Hall of Fame categories, Builders and Players.

On Saturday, May 10, the ACHA will have a General Session Meeting in the morning to discuss issues affecting the ACHA as an organization as well as the many NCAA policy changes that will affect the college hockey landscape. Coaches will then attend their respective Divisional Breakout Meetings to discuss issues and concerns in each of the five divisions (three men’s divisions, two women’s divisions). This will be followed by lunch in a "Coaches Social" setting surrounded by day 2 of our Vendors Show.

Attendees to the 2025 ACHA Annual Meeting staying at the Sheraton Music City Nashville Airport will also be able to utilize free hotel shuttles to the airport as well as coach transportation provided by the ACHA on Friday and Saturday early evenings to experience all that downtown Nashville has to offer. Bridgestone Arena, historic Ryman Auditorium, and numerous celebrity restaurants lining Broadway are just a few of the incredible diversions available to keep attendees to the 2025 ACHA Annual Meeting otherwise occupied in Nashville, where the music never stops!
