This is a restorative yoga class designed to remedy the effects of constant 'doing' and chronic stress and the negative impact this can have on our nervous systems.We share a gentle, limbering movement sequence to help prepare the body for stillness followed by restorative postures, incorporating guided relaxation, meditation and breath awareness.
Accessibility: This class is suitable for all, including absolute beginners, it does require the ability to transfer to the floor and that you are comfortable lying on a mat.
These classes are held in person, once monthly, on Sunday evenings from 18:30 - 19:45 at Orange Bloom Yoga Studio, Hazel Grove, Stockport. All equipment is provided.
