Still Life & Biro Worlds for 9 – 14-year-olds
10 – 3pm with artist and educator Sharon Mearing
Cost: $55 + booking fee
Inspired by the exhibition, students will sketch a still life of Kirsten Coelho’s ceramic forms, then transform their drawing into a layered mixed‑media collage. They’ll also explore Danie Mellor’s blue‑and‑white style and create their own expressive blue biro artwork. A creative deep‑dive into contemporary art, materials and emotion!

Please note:

• At least 8 participants are required to run this workshop.
• We will cancel the workshop by 1pm the day before if the minimum participants to proceed with the workshop are not met. Participants will be contacted via email.
• Tickets are non-transferrable. If you no longer need your ticket, please contact us to arrange a refund.
• Please make sure your child wears fully enclosed shoes and clothes suitable for artmaking, as they may get messy.
• Morning tea and lunch breaks will take place in the Arts Precinct, located next to the Gallery building and will be sueprvised by the Gallery Education Officer.
• Please pack a nut free morning tea and lunch.
