STILETTO (HEEL) DANCING
Heels dance is a versatile, empowering dance style that combines jazz, hip-hop, musical theatre, and commercial techniques, performed in high heels to promote confidence, fluidity, and strength. It is a solo or small group routine based dance style. It is characterized by dynamic footwork & techniques from performance jazz, Las Vegas showgirls (the first style of technical dance to be performed in heels), ballroom dance and Latin dance. This class is a great way to build your confidence and workout. No experience necessary, easy enough for all dance levels. *Please bring high heels that you can easily move in and maintain a steady balance!
