Stigma Training

The course is aimed at health and social care professionals and people with lived experience. It will help participants who are keen to consider the stigmatising aspects of their own practice and will help them to constructively challenge others.

The aims of the course are to provide participants with;

· An awareness and understanding of stigma,

· Stigmatic processes and their impact

· The effectiveness of anti-stigma interventions

· Skills and knowledge to implement anti stigma interventions and training
