About this Event
This 45-minute, feel-good mobility session is designed for women who want to move better, loosen up, and stop feeling like their body is fighting them every time they bend, twist, or get up off the floor.
We’ll:
✨ Roll out tight, cranky muscles (foam rollers included)
✨ Open up stiff hips, backs, and shoulders
✨ Work on balance so you feel steady and strong
✨ Stretch, breathe, and leave feeling loose, light, and way more mobile
