Feral toddlers always escaping onto the street, uppity teens sneaking home drunk, exhausted parents dying for a ciggy, white collar snobs obsessed with their roses, nosey passive aggressive oldies, cats in heat, dogs on the loose, snails, magpies, rotten figs and everything in between. The audience delights as they bear witness to suburban mayhem at its finest.
The ensemble of four performers masterfully shifts between 15+ characters, as the mundane drama of a suburban street unfolds. They play through a plethora of neighbourly interactions, each one more ridiculous than the last; laugh-out-loud scenes inspired by everyday life.
Who would have thought there could be so much drama in just one day around these three little fences?
