DO NOT PARK ON ELM STREET. parking can be found in the NYS parking garage and parking lot located at the corner of Philip street and Hamilton street. The entrance for the parking lot is on Grand street and Hamilton.
DO NOT HANG OUT FRONT OF THE BUILDING. There is a fenced in backyard to smoke / hang out in the back of the building.
