Stern Army- POKEMON Launch Party
Qualifying starts at 11am and ends at 5pm. Playoffs start at 5:15pm.
Each player gets ONE free game on POKEMON. Each game counts toward qualifying for Finals. Top 4 scores ( or 8 if we have more than 40 players) advance to a 4 game playoff with the final game being on POKEMON. Please arrive a little early and get your qualifying game in as soon as possible, NO practice games on POKEMON after 10 am or during qualifying! QUALIFYING STARTS at 11am!! NO qualifying games will start after 4:50pm!! NO EXCEPTIONS!! For this tournament only we will cover the $1 IFPA fee. Prizes and giveaways throughout the day. Winner will receive a Launch Party Grand Champion Plaque.
Tournament #2
Sign in starts at noon and tournament play begins at 1pm. We will be doing a 7 Strike Progressive strikes knockout, when we are down to the predetermined number of players(four or eight) it will then be followed by a Double Elimination playoff for the top 4 or 8 qualifiers (if we have 24 or more players) depending on time and attendance.If we have 4 players advancing to finals it will be a best of 3 matches in winners bracket and 1 game matches in the losers bracket. If we have 8 players advancing to finals it will be single game matches in both the winnwers bracket and losers bracket
Payout for the top four players- 1st 40%, 2nd 30%, 3rd 20%, 4th 10%. Tournament fee $5 (includes $1 IFPA fee) plus coin drop.
