Faithful Families (Thriving Communities) is a research-backed health promotion program that partners with faith communities (any religion) to improve healthy eating and physical activity for members and the wider community.
Class attendees will learn ways to live healthier lifestyles through nutrition education, hands-on recipe prep, skill building kitchen items to take home, and moderate physical activity that doesn't require special clothes or gym membership.
Faithful Families Thriving Communitites is a great way to start your year! Classes are free.
