Take a Stepping On Workshop
Stepping On is a fun, 7-week workshop that helps us stay confident and continue doing the things we love. In just seven weeks, participants learn:
• To identify and remove fall hazards in your home and outside
• How vision, hearing, medication, and footwear affect your risk of falling
• Strength and balance exercises you can adapt to your individual level
• How to get back on your feet if you do fall
