About this Event
As spring shifts into summer, the world around us becomes brighter, fuller, and more visible. Yet many of us still hold parts of ourselves back — shaped by self-doubt, the inner critic, or fears about how we may be perceived.
This experiential workshop invites participants to explore what it means to step more fully into their authentic selves. Together, we will reflect on the voice of the inner critic, reconnect with personal strengths, and explore how confidence grows when we begin to accept all parts of who we are.
Through guided reflection, experiential exercises, and discussion, participants will have the opportunity to examine the ways they may hold themselves back and consider what it might look like to show up with greater openness and self-trust.
The morning will conclude with a calming sound healing experience, offering space for reflection, integration, and grounding.
This workshop is designed to be supportive, reflective, and accessible. Participants are invited to engage at their own pace in a respectful and welcoming environment.
